Barb Bourscheidt (Studio #40)
We are multigenerational potters who specialize in one of a kind, hand built sculptural and also wheel thrown functional ceramics for everyday living. Our sculptural work includes decorative vases illustrating the female torso as well as whimsical snakes as accessories for potted plants. Our wheel thrown work is intended for use in the kitchen and garden and is functional as well as decorative. We use mid-firing range stoneware clays and a variety of decorating techniques.
