Art and design have always been an integral part of my life and I have been influenced by both my Mom, a photographer and my Dad, a designer and creative talent. The need to create and express myself through art is intrinsic to my soul.

Creating imagery with material from nature is absolutely magical. From choosing the fabric, to the flora from the PNW to the process itself, the dance between fabric, plant material and water creates a one-of-a kind piece of art.

I strive to express the nature of what I have collected to create prints perserving the essence of the raw material and to capture those images in the wearable art and the mono prints. The goal is to always follow the principle of form following function and that what is created is a seamless blend of fiber and plant.

My philosophy has always been to design with passion and joy and to let my creativity shine.
