Leslie Cheney-Parr (Studio #2)
I'm an artist who enjoys being outside to sketch the subjects before me, whether they are animals (my linoleum reduction prints) or landscapes (mostly watercolors), and the chance to record "live" the view before me, seems to infuse the work with energy. All of my work begins in my sketchbook, on location and develops from that starting point. I love design, movement and pattern which are evident in the works I create.
