I’m Kris Paul, the owner and founder of Kris Paul Studio.
Art and craft have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Creating is like breathing to me. The process feeds my soul. I have never questioned why I am drawn to creating with my hands and am inspired by my travels, my community and my everyday life.
My textiles are inspired by my travels in Japan and my lifelong love of textiles and fabric. I ventured into natural dyeing techniques that include indigo and eco-printing and dyeing with eucalyptus and plant species native to my hometown of the Pacific Northwest.
